$ 16,00

For those discovering Café Amerindio for the first time. Arabica Castillo variety, medium roast, hand-harvested in La Mesa, Cundinamarca. Sweet notes, bright acidity, balanced body.

A coffee that tells you where it’s from.

Our beans grow in the Apulo River basin in La Mesa, Cundinamarca, sharing soil with fruit and cacao trees. That living ecosystem shows up in the cup: a coffee with its own character, notes of ripe fruit, and a clean finish.

The process:
Manual selective harvest — only cherries at exact peak ripeness
Washed with fresh mountain water from surrounding hills
Sun-dried on raised drying beds — no mechanical shortcuts
Artisan-roasted in small batches for maximum freshness
